Why go bland when you can go blended? The Culinary Institute of America’s third annual Blended Burger Bash featured fourteen student teams who competed to create the best tasting burger and the best blended burger. More than 700 students and community members came out to the burger cook-off to sample different burger blends. I may not be a mushroom fan, but the illustration was a fun evolution to reach the final result.
